SALES TAX
Customers ordering and delivering within the state of Texas will be charged sales tax.

DELIVERY TIMES
Most items ship within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery time will be 5-10 business days.

FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM
Our free shipping program is within the contiguous 48 states. Items will be shipped regular
ground via UPS, FedEx or other carriers at the discretion of ComputerTableStore.com.
Shipments made outside the 48 contiguous states and international orders will incur
additional shipping and handling (S&H) charge. We will email you the additional S&H charges
and request a return email authorizing the additional charges.
Note: International Orders must be paid via EFT before shipment is made.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
All returns must have prior approval. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and
received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Please contact ComputerTableStore.com
for a "Return Authorization” (RA) number, the return shipping address and instructions.

Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have
been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be
issued for the merchandise. You must contact ComputerTableStore.com within 10 days of
receiving merchandise for a return. Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Note: ComputerTableStore.com will authorize a Return Authorization at its discretion. Any
item returned without an RA will not be issued a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations cannot be made after items have been shipped without prior approval from
ComputerTableStore.com. Any item returned without an RA will not be issued a refund.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance.
If there is major damage, we recommend refusing the shipment. If there is minor damage most
problems can be rectified with a replacement part. Please contact ComputerTableStore.com
immediately upon noticing damage and do not dispose of packaging until instructed.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Protects your purchase for 1-year against defective workmanship or material as long as the
product is used in a manner in which it is intended. Warranty applies to original purchaser
only.
